Blizzard and Ilsa are turning out to be good dogs. We found them a couple of days ago and have been trying them out since then. They are Great Pyrenees and like to guard things. They were guarding some cows before but those had died. Now we are letting them spend time with our cows and seeing if they get along. The cows are nervous of them but the dogs are starting to win them over. We were afraid the dogs might’ve been eating the cows at their old home, and maybe they did after they were dead, but I don’t think they’ll hurt our cows. They treat them like their family.

We learned to shoot guns today. We’re going hunting in the next few days. I’m pretty excited about it.
