Good morning, Diary.
This morning I am dressing Louis Armstrong in doll clothes. He looks very dapper in a shirt and coat. He doesn’t mind. He purred when I put them on him. Now he is sitting on my bed looking fat and uncomfortable. I will take them off pretty soon. I would ask Mom for her phone and take pictures and make her post them on Facebook but Facebook doesn’t work anymore. I think it’s funny anyway.
Yesterday we went to Dallas and saw all the big buildings. I think they are neat and beautiful. We weren’t looking at the buildings though. We were looking for people. I got to sit in front and my job is to look out the right side. I got tired of looking out the right side and sometimes I didn’t. I wanted to play Daddy’s phone but he wouldn’t let me. Trevor and I played games like who could count the most cars. Daddy showed us a game where you had to find the letters on billboards and signs. I got stuck on “K” and I think Trevor cheated for that. He got stuck on “Z” but then he won anyway. Later Daddy showed us a game where you had to think of an animal that started with the letter. Like first was “A” and Trevor said “ant” and I said “anteater” and Daddy said “albatross.” These were the only games they had in the old days before phones.
I got to ride Princess on Saturday! That’s what I named the white pony and she was perfect and sweet and I could tell she wanted to be ridden. She kept wanting to gallop but Mom and Daddy didn’t want me to. I like galloping. I can’t ride today but maybe I can tomorrow.
