Daddy and I taught Trevor to ride today. He was pretty scared but he’s been watching us a lot and reading about horses and he really wanted to do it. We let him ride Lady. She is old and slow and super gentle. Actually I don’t know if she’s gentle or just asleep all the time. I love her and I have ridden her some just to give her exercise but I don’t like to wear her out either. Trevor is really skinny and light and we didn’t think he would be hard for her to carry. We were right. She did great. He did too. He loved it. Now he wants to go riding every day. He’ll probably stick with Lady for a while though.
